Our Expertise
With our extensive experience in the machining industry, we treat requests for both single pieces and large runs with equal care. Whether it involves small or large parts, at Bogaard we find a challenge in every project. We turn and mill parts of various materials, such as stainless steel, tool steels (including (1.2379), various steels, such as S355 (1.0577) and 42CrMo4 (1.7225), various plastics and aluminium types. We also turn and mill alloys based on various types of bronze. Our bed milling machines chip up to a maximum length of 4200 millimetre.
About us
Bogaard Metaal, based in Rijen, accounts for more than 40 years of experience in the industry. Founded in 2016, Bogaard is part of the Simulpars group as a proud partner.
With a team of passionate professionals, we strive for perfection down to the 100th millimetre. Our focus lies in CNC turning and milling, for which we have three advanced machines, including the Challenger bed milling machine X4200 Y850 Z750 with a controlled four-axis. Our machines vary in sizes, so we always use the right tool for the job!
Using an STP-file, we prepare the program in the preproduction phase. We use OneCNC’s CAM system for this. In addition, our team can also design and program itself, so we can think along with you down to the micrometre (µm) to produce the right product.
