1. Clamping fixtures:
Our clamping fixtures are the foundation of your project. By using clamping fixtures, we guarantee a higher level of accuracy, enabling better and more stable machining. Our clamping fixtures are almost always tailor-made for your specific applications.
2. Custom Prototypes:
We understand that the fundamentals are crucial for product creation. That is why we provide prototypes of unparalleled quality. This first sample allows you to assess whether it meets your expectations.
3. 4th Axis Machining (CNC):
Our CNC machining, which requires a fourth axis, guarantees extreme precision. Within our machine park, we have a Challenger bed milling machine X4200 Y850 Z750 with controlled fourth axis that can machine up to a length of 4200 mm in one fixture. Thanks to advanced technologies such as our ONE CNC programme and experienced craftsmen, we realise products that meet the highest standards.
4. STEP-Files (STP-Files):
To achieve the best results, we prefer working based on STP-files. These are the keys to precise production on our CNC machines.
Collaboration with the customer
We believe in close cooperation with our clients. Preferably, we work on the basis of an STP-file prepared by our clients. However, we are able to support you during the design phase and modelling this manually within our CAM systems. Our team of experts studies and programs the files with the greatest care.
